My new Amana PTAC was installed incorrectly by Great Day Improvements and would not cool. Fortunately after I called them they called Texas PTAC who sent Robert out. He quickly found the problem and corrected it under warranty. He was great and very knowledgeable. I will have them come back for annual servicing.
